The Panama Diamond Exchange project is located in the prestigious Santa María Business District, between the West Boulevard and the South Corridor, one of the most rapidly developing areas in Panama City. This privileged commercial hub is centrally positioned within a thriving new economic center of Panama City, offering added value due to its strategic location.

The building, situated in a tax-free zone, is distinguished by a high-security perimeter. PDE occupies 1,578 square meters of a 4,810-square-meter lot, with the remaining area dedicated to parking and gardens.

PDE comprises two levels that include 59 offices, a space designated for diamond exchange activities, a sales room, a café, and administrative and high-security offices.

The façade features an enveloping membrane made of perforated aluminum panels with a pattern that mimics the angles of different diamond cuts. Three distinct panels create a permeable weave that diffuses light into the interior. The design captures and symbolizes the artistry and beauty of this precious stone, with sharp angles mirrored in the building's structure itself. A true gem situated alongside the Corridor, facing the continuous growth of new business opportunities in Panama.
